BGB Director General Major General Abul Hossain said “all Rohingyas who have taken shelter at Zero line will be removed within a week”.

He made this comment while inaugurating the eighth branch of Shimanto Bank at Cox’s Bazar town on Sunday afternoon.

BGB chief said, Small number Rohingyas are still living at Zero points of Naikhongchhari area.if outbreak of infectious diseases Diphtheria is decreased among the Rohingya they will be relocated in the next week.

There is a project on ‘border tourism’ under the shimanto bank. Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) is working for expanding the possibility of border tourism alongside visiting the attractions of Cox’s Bazar Under the project.he added.

During the inauguration ceremony, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank Mukhlesur Rahman, senior officials of the BGB, senior officials of the bank, businessmen and local dignitaries were present among others.

Later, BGB Director General has inaugurated the 9th branch of the shimanto bank at Teknaf on Sunday night.
